Welcome to our new events page!

Below, you'll find information about upcoming SCLA events - which, so far, are just our discounted LSO CPD programs for the fall, but we look forward to adding more events in the future. Are you or your firm hosting any events you'd like to advertise here? Let us know - we'd be glad to include them on our calendar!

You can register for programs by e-mailing George at library@scla.ca with a list of the programs you'd like to attend, or by clicking the links below to register online. The calendar remains a work in progress - we'll update it as more information becomes available. Since your client's fate can be closely connected to your ability to persuade the Court, you want to ensure your drafting is top tier. Our presenters are ready to mentor you. You learn to mindfully consider the purpose of your factum, how to write a clear overview statement to capture the Court's attention, and then effectively frame the issues.
